Joint International Symposium on Temperature, Humidity, Moisture and Thermal Measurements in Industry and Science

TEMPMEKO & ISHM 2010 – 31 May-4 June 2010 – Portorož, Slovenia

The first Joint International Symposium on Temperature, Humidity, Moisture and Thermal Measurements in Industry and Science will be held in Portorož, Slovenia, located on the Slovenian coast on the Adriatic sea.

The Organizers have received record number of 387 abstracts from all over the world (China, United States, Italy, Germany, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, France, New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, …), covering the technical areas of fundamental aspects and standards, standard reference materials for humidity and moisture measurements, applications of temperature, humidity, moisture and other thermal measurements and also traceability and dissemination.

The TEMPMEKO Symposia have been held regularly since 1981. Over the past twenty-six years, attendance has grown appreciably, and the Symposium now attracts in excess of 200 delegates from more than 35 countries.

The International Symposium on Humidity and Moisture ISHM has been a relevant forum for the discussion of research, development and applications in the field of humidity and moisture measurement since 1963.

All the previous symposia were successful and provided a program of high quality to the participants.

NOTE: The conference fee is 550 EUR for early registration with payment received before 1st March 2010 and 650 EUR afterward. For every 5 paid conference fees from the same institution, there is one extra free registration. Please, use the “bank transfer” option, when registering the 6th person from the same Institution and indicate under comments in the registration form that it is a FREE registration, adding the names of the five persons (from the same Institution) that have already registered with payment.
