WORLDS SMALLEST DIAMETER MI THERMOCOUPLES

gokubosoAddison IL, USA — Okazaki has successfully developed a Mineral Insulated Thermocouple with a sheath outer diameter of 0.1mm.

It features an incredible response time (63.2%) of 1 ms, and is suitable for measuring the temperature of any small object.

Due to the ultra small size, the thermocouple element wires are very small, and require highly advanced technology to form the hot junctions.

FEATURES
Major sheath diameter (O.D.): 0.1mm,
Response time 0.001 seconds!

These models bend freely to all angles and it is now possible to measure quickly & accurately the temperatures of small objects and access difficult to reach spaces.

Product of O.D.0.15mm and O.D.0.25mm are available.

The enlarged X-ray photograph above shows a view inside the sheath of the 0.15mm O.D. MI thermocouple.
