Uncomfortable in front of an audience?
No problem, they have you covered. They have two presentation formats at InfraMation; the General Technical Session where one speaks to the entire conference – this is for you if you are comfortable with speaking before large groups.
The alternative is the Poster Session. Here one pins a presentation up on poster boards and explains the work ONE on ONE with interested attendees.
Papers from both formats are given the same attention in the printed proceedings, CD, and on the InfraMation website, (http://www.inframation.org) and earn the same number of certification renewal credits.
Not a Good Writer?
Need some help preparing a manuscript that will be published in the proceedings? Many do, so they have editors to help do that. Technical Editors will check y work for accuracy and suggest changes to make it more understandable, and their Copy Editors will correct grammar and make it sound good.
Its Easy, just Send InfraMation a Paragraph!
All one needs to do is submit a paragraph describing the thermography application and the author’s contact information.
InfraMation??staff will then decide which abstracts best fit the conference and let those who submit know by May 15th if a??proposed presentation has been approved as a presentation for the meeting.
At that time InfraMation will provide an author’s kit and a training course to help authors prepare a full written manuscript and presentation.
