Gill Met Instruments Range to Expand in 2010

Lymington, UK — The extensive range of meteorological instruments designed and manufactured by Gill Instruments, UK, is due to be expanded further during 2010, with a number of new products on the horizon.

New versions of the popular WindSonic ultrasonic anemometer and MetPak compact weather station are due for launch early in 2010, with other all-new developments planned later in the year.

The Gill WindSonic ultrasonic wind sensor is already an industry favourite, offering cutting-edge ultrasonic wind speed and direction measurement technology at an affordable price.

Enhancements incorporated into the new version will allow the product to be used in a broader range of application areas, opening the product up to new markets.

The Gill MetPak is a compact multi-sensor weather station, measuring the most essential weather station parameters. The new version of the MetPak will incorporate additional sensors to enhance the functionality of the weather station, allowing for use in a number of different applications.
