DeltaTRAK’s TTI labels were placed in multiple restaurants’ walk-in refrigerator, freezer and the display cases to demonstrate the effectiveness of the TTI label as a temperature monitor for verifying equipment performance.

Mr. Nakamura will present data on the 2 week study Saturday, June 30 from 10:30 to 11:20 at the NEHA show being held in the Cardiff Room at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina Hotel in San Diego, California.

Mr. George Nakamura has over 40 years of experience supervising and evaluating sanitation and environmental health programs and personnel. Mr. Nakamura has made numerous presentations before governing bodies, advisory boards, national, state and local committees. He has conducted safety and quality assurance audits and provided consultation for numerous well established companies including Burger King, Clorox, Baskin Robbins, U.S. Food Service, Honey Baked Ham, Underwriters Laboratories and others.

Mr. Nakamura is recognized as a national food safety and sanitation expert who has served as an expert witness on numerous occasions throughout his career.

He also served as the Chairman of the National Environmental Health Association’s Food Safety and Protection Section for more than 18 years. Mr. Nakamura holds a B.S. degree from UCLA School of Public Health and an M.P.A. degree from California State University.
